At Solvo, we’re committed to delivering your home upgrades and essentials as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Times:

• USA: 6–10 business days
• Canada & UK: 7–12 business days
• Australia & EU: 8–14 business days
• Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Shipping Cost: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat shipping rate of $4.95 applies.

• Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update

• International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Please note that any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

• Delivery Issues: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@solvo-store.com , and we will assist you right away.
